Dear Eagles,
Our PTA fall fundraiser is off and running! Thank you for your support! Below are some frequently asked questions regarding the Entertainment Book fundraiser (August 30 to Sept 10).
If I sell only one book, do I need to return it or keep it?
Please provide the book to the purchaser and return the $25 payment in the envelop. You can send all fundraiser payments to your student’s teacher. If you choose not to participate in the fundraiser, return the Entertainment Book to your child’s teacher. We are asking all students to sell at least one book to meet PTA budget/program needs.
If I sell more than one book, when will I get the additional books?
If you sell additional books exceeding the one you’ve already received, they will be delivered to your child on Monday, Sept 13. Your child will bring these books home from school that day, and then you can deliver them.
When should I collect money? When should I turn it in?
Each student should collect money when the sale is made. Then hold all money until you are finished with your sales. Money should be turned in on Friday, Sept 10. Based on the orders/ money turned in by Sept. 10, additional books will be provided to you.
What does this fundraiser support?
We are asking each student to sell at least one book in order to meet fall PTA budget needs. With a successful fall fundraiser, we can meet the budget needs for the following programs: Bike Rodeo, Watch DOGS, Arts in Education, Red Ribbon Week, Environmental Programs, grounds & gardening, classroom enrichment, Read Around the School, guided reading room and parent education programs… and more!
How does online ordering work? Does my child get credit for these orders?
For your child to get credit, you will have to register him/her as shown below. Books can be ordered for many, many cities across the US, including San Antonio.

Click on: “Seller Section” in the top, right corner

Can I link this fundraiser to my Facebook account for greater exposure and possible sales?
Yes, when you register online and send an email, you will be prompted to link this fundraiser to your Facebook account.
If someone wants to purchase an Entertainment Book, can they pay by credit card?
Only if they order their book online and have it delivered directly to them. They cost for online books is approximately $30 to $35 (book +shipping). Books will be delivered approximately 4 weeks after online orders are made.
