Goals: During the 2010-2011 school year, America’s schools earned over $49 million from Box Tops, and Encino Park Elementary was part of that earning!!  Our goal for the 2011-2012 school year is $4,023, and we are well on our way.

Let’s meet and exceed our goal.  Here are some ideas to get your family involved:

• Talk with your whole family about things that have box tops and how helpful they are to the school.
• Find a small box or bag that can have a special spot in your kitchen so box tops can be collected there.
• Set a goal as a family.  Did you know if each of our families collected 5 box tops each month we would meet our goal as a school?  That means that if each of our families collected more than 5 each month we would exceed our goal!
• Track the number of box tops your family collects and see what an impact your family alone has had on the school!
• Choose a day of each month that your children can bring box tops to school.  If you have more than one child, assign different months to each child.
