Arts Passport Program
All students who entered the Reflections Program automatically earned an Arts Passport. Students may still earn a passport by completing an “application” available in the classroom kit. (This requires a parent signature.) Passports remain in the classroom so that they do not get lost, but students can check their progress whenever they like! We are keeping track of the stamps that have been earned, and update every few weeks by adding new stamps to the passports. Occasionally there are opportunities at school for students to earn stamps in their passports by participating in school art programs. Otherwise, students can fill out a form if they participate in an arts event at home or in the community (such as going to the theater, taking piano lessons, or going to a concert). They can receive stamps in their passport for every arts activity they participate in, whether in school or at home. At the end of the year, the top twenty students with the most stamps in their passport will get to participate in a special art workshop!
